So, as you may or may not know, we’re trying out a new system called UnRecruitment – a method of employment that puts the power in the hands of those applying for the job. Along with The Spring Project, we helped Havas Worldwide (one of the largest digital agencies in the world) find 14 spanking new interns for a 6 month digital scheme, using a method that hoped to be mutually beneficial for all involved.
